Registration Details
Thank you for your interest in attending the upcoming ILERA (IIRA) World Congress 2012. We recommend that you register online as it will enable you to receive a prompt confirmation reply. If you are unable to register online, please contact ilera@dgihs.com and we will email you instructions on how to register by fax.

Registration Fees
$475 - Early Bird Registration by April 1, 2012

A $50 late fee will be applied after 5 PM on June 1, 2012
One (1) ticket for the Opening Welcome Reception on July 2nd is included in your registration fee. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased for $75/ea.
A social function is planned for July 4th from 7 PM - 10 PM at the Downtown Philadelphia Marriott. The fee for the Congress Dinner is not included in the Conference fee. Tickets for the dinner are $125/ea.
Payment Information
After you finish registering, you will be redirected to our secure credit card processing page for payment. You will receive a receipt from the credit card processor via email. Your receipt will also be uploaded to your account within a few days after it has been recorded. You can access your account by logging in using the form on the leftside of this page by entering your email address and the password you chose when you created your account. If you forget your password, you will be able to retrieve it using the forgot password link, also on the leftside of this page. ***Your receipt contains a Confirmation ID that is necessary in order to receive the special Congress rate on your hotel reservations.*** The special ILERA Congress rate at the Marriott Hotel is in effect from July 1 to July 6.
Call for Papers and Session Proposals
The deadline for submitting paper abstracts was June 30, 2011. The deadline for proposing sessions was October 7, 2011. Decisions have been communicated to those persons who submitted paper abstracts and session proposals. We can no longer accept proposals.
Once your paper abstract or session proposal has been accepted, you must go online to submit your paper or to update information regarding your session.
To update information click on the "Call for Papers/Sessions" tab (on the left side of the screen on the www.ilera2012.com website). Login with your email address and password. You will see your information as you first entered it. Under "Your Billing Information," you will see "Status for Papers/Sessions." In that section, there is a link to upload. When you click to upload, you will see your original information and can then update everything there.
Note: Although you may have submitted your paper, or submitted all the information regarding your session, that does not mean you are registered for the Congress. You must complete a registration form and make payment in order to participate in the Congress. Registration is done online. Registration details are available on this page.
